Iso, tilava mökki ja paikalle kun päästiin, mökki oli huomattavasti kivempi entä miltä kuvat näytti. Kaikki toimi hyvin, saunoa pystyi isommallakin porukalla ja ruokapöytään mahtui kaikki kerralla. Sijainti loistava, ei hälyä eikä meteliä ympärillä ja silti aivan keskuksen lähellä. Vahva suositus.

Very spacious cottage, perfect for a group of up to 10 people. 4 rooms fit 2 people each, 2 rooms are equipped with a single bed. However only one bedroom has a double bed. The beds are very comfortable. There are multiple showers and plenty toilets available.
The owner/booking office was very forthcoming. Like the previous review stated, the cottage was lacking a frying pan - we asked for one and got one delivered the next day! Thank you again! The kitchen is very well equipped, there is enough cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc for 10 people. The kitchen table can also seat 10 people just fine.
We feel like the cottage was in a better state and felt much more cozy than the photos on this website suggest. There are plenty of comfortable couches and chairs to seat the group. Just the fireplace is a little troubled. Even with a fully opened chimney and closed doors on the fireplace, a little wind in the room from opening doors or windows causes some smoke in the room. But don't worry, the firealarm will let you know immediately ;)
The sauna does indeed take a little more than the described 30 minutes to heat up, but it does get properly hot if you throw water on the stones regularly during heating. Lovely little terrace to go outside after sauna.
Overall a great place to stay in Saariselkä, our favorite cottage so far. Highly recommended!

Hieno kohde, isolle porukalle, lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä palveluista. Pienillä vierailla oli tilaa leikkiä ja aikuisilla tilaa seurustella. Keittiössä voisi olla enemmän kauhoja ja parempi paistinpannu. Suosittelen.

Muuten erittäin hyvä, mutta sauna lämpesi kovin hitaasti (noin 2 tuntia) eikä silloinkaan kovin lämmin. Ehkä osa vastuksista on simahtanut.
