Das Dorf Inari ist das Kulturzentrum des Sami-Volkes. Im zweitgrössten Ort der Gemeinde Inari, am Fluss Juutuajoki liegt das Verwaltungs- und Kulturzentrum Sajos wie auch das Sami-Museum und Naturzentrum Siida.
Im Dorf Inari kann man die lebende Sami-Kultur und seine Geschichte kennenlernen. Die farbenfrohen Sami-Handarbeiten werden im Sajos- und Siidagebäude ausgestellt und auch verkauft.
Alljährlich finden im Dorf Inari multikulturelle Veranstaltungen statt. Am bekanntesten sind das Ijahis Idja Musik-Happening und die Skábmagovat-Filmfestivale der indigen Völker, wie auch das Rentier-Championship Ende März/Anfangs April.
Das Dorf Inari ist nicht gross und gut zufuss zu besichtigen. Dienstleistungen, Hotels und die lokale Bevölkerung sind durchmischt und geben ein authentisches Dorfbild.

Hotel Inari
Das Hotel Inari ist mitten im Dorf Inari. Am Ufer der drittgrössten Sees in Finnland, der See Inarijärvi. Das Hotel bietet moderne Zimmer sowie für den Alleinreisenden wie auch für Gruppenreisende an.
Die traditionellen Gerichte geniesst man im Restaurant-Saal mit Aussicht auf den See. Im Hotel-Café gibt es leckeres Gebäck.
