Positive: 1) Fully equipped, cozy, silent little cottage, especially with sauna, electric oven, electric cooking plates. For max. 2 adults, and max. 2 children. 2) Cottage near to main cross country skiing track (ca. 300m) 3) Cottage near to Saariselkä city centre (30 minutes walking distance) Negative: 1) Electric fuse breaks, when too many electric devices are used at the same time, especially the sauna and the electric cooking plates. No information was given of that problem, inside the cottage. But help was provided very quickly. 2) Final cleaning of "room service" could be improved: The kitchen doors and cottage doors were sticky, inside the kitchen cabinets cleanliness could be improved. Under the bed and kitchen table dust was still left. Linen could be applied to bed pillows and blankets in advance to customer arrival. 3) Misc: No thermometer inside Sauna. Kitchen chairs are worn out, wood "moves". Screws fo chairs should be tightened or additional screws to be added for stability.
