Cabin description

Log cabin in semi-detached house in Kaunispään Etelärinne II -area 2,1 km to the north from center of Saariselkä.
In entrance floor are kitchen-living room, 1 bedroom, shower room, toilet and terrace. In upstrairs are 2 bedrooms, small lobby, shower/toilet and 2 balconys.
Child safety gates on the stairs. Built in 2016. Size 75+25 m².

Key service

The keys are picked up from the reception of Saariselkä Booking, address Honkapolku 2 (in the same building as restaurant Pirkon Pirtti). When the reception is closed, please pick up the keys from the entrance hall of the reception using key code.

The keys must be returned to the reception of Saariselkä Booking by 12 p.m. (at noon) on the day of departure. If the reception is closed, please leave the keys to the locked, red mailbox on the outdoor wall.

The apartment is ok, but I feel cheated with their service. The price includes Internet connection, but in the end, they failed to provide it. I've contacted the caretaker. He couldn't bring up the Internet, and finally ask me to enjoy the vacation without it. What the hell? Who is he to simply ask me to ignore it? Does he know what and how much I lost without it? Does he know how my wife was furious unable to make a connection to our family members oversea? Of course I can use my mobile data connection, but is this what I paid for? In future, who else may get duped? The service was charged beforehand, but the delivery of it later on was disappointing. To those people who wants to enjoy their vacation, stay away from being deceived by these people. Otherwise, expect for one unhappy vacation.
